This plan is made for those that are beginning their journey on becoming the athlete they have always wanted to be. A fun and easy plan that challenges you to begin the stages of becoming a True Viking.

True Viking Fitness's work out plans are all downloadable guides that will get you started on your way to becoming a “True Viking.” Once the plan has been purchased you will receive an email with a link to download the workout schedule along with a step by step guide on how to do the exercises.
